Job Title:             Assistant Progress Leader

Salary:                  Grade 4 (Scale Point 9-14); £27,254 pro rata

FTE:                       37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Job Type:             Permanent

Start Date:          January 2026 or as soon as possible

 

We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Progress Leader to join us at Stowupland High School and provide support for our Learning and Pastoral teams at the school. This is a non-teaching, support role.

The school is at a very exciting stage of development. We have  transformed the culture and ethos at this rural school, creating a community with genuine mutual respect at the heart of all it does.
