Statement of Intent

The Oxlip Learning Partnership Trust Board deplores the increase at national and local level of the abuse of School Leaders and others associated with the delivery of education to children. The Trustees wish to make it clear that any abuse of School Leaders and anyone else who is employed by the Trust or who works as a volunteer in any school in our Trust, is totally unacceptable. The Trust and School Leaders will use all legal means available to protect the safety and well-being of all staff employed by the Trust, those contracted to deliver a service to the Trust and volunteers e.g. Trustees and Governors.
