We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Progress Leader to join us at Stowupland High School and provide support for our Learning and Pastoral teams at the school. This is a non-teaching, support role.

The school is at a very exciting stage of development. Following the appointment of a new Principal in April 2024, we have transformed the culture and ethos of this rural school. We are creating a school founded on genuine mutual respect. Our desire is for every student to reach the highest standards of academic achievement and personal responsibility, and to enjoy a fully rounded education which is an exceptional preparation for life.

Our warm, welcoming and friendly students have already bought into the significantly heightened expectations of their academic success and conduct, and our cohesive staff team have a palpable desire to build on this momentum and create an outstanding learning environment. We need committed, creative and energetic colleagues to join us. If you think the role might be for you, then we would welcome your application.
